The purpose of LFLA is to provide smaller firm leaders and owners the same level of professional leadership support enjoyed by Canada’s largest firms. Collectively we bring over 60 years of knowledge and experience in Administration, Business Development, Financial, HR, Leadership and Operations. We work with smaller firm leaders and owners at three main stages: start-up, growth, and succession.  

 

Gary brings his 25+ years as a ‘serial entrepreneur’ to his coaching engagements in Business Development, HR, and Leadership.

 

Lisa, with 24+ years of law firm operations experience. She concentrates her efforts and passion on effective communication, process improvement and comprehensive resource management.

 

Mayur offers his extensive experience working with law firms to ensure they are fully compliant with the distinct accounting and tax requirements that they face.
